Tom Oliver

Mr. Oliver joined Bridge Commercial Real Estate in February 2018 as Director of Property Management. He currently oversees the Bridge flex office initiative across the office portfolio. Prior to this role, Tom oversaw operational functions over 16 properties, consisting of 5.0 million square feet in 36 buildings across 9 markets.

Before joining Bridge, he served 14 years with Hines working on various office and retail projects in the Southeast and Canada totaling over 6.7 million square feet and valued at over $2.3 Billion. In this role, he oversaw property management, construction and leasing initiatives and had direct oversight over 2 million square feet of construction and 1 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to Hines, he served seven years as an infantry officer in the United States Army, holding several leadership positions at various foreign and domestic locations.

Mr. Oliver received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, Atlanta, GA.
