Fairview Center is located in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. Bridge has upgraded the building exterior and the property has a new modern lobby as well as upgraded restrooms and elevator lobbies.

Bayview

Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Bayview Corporate Tower is Broward County’s largest and most iconic office building. It offers 12 luminous floors offering panoramic views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Since acquisition Bridge has completed a newly renovated lobby, common areas, restrooms, elevators and move-in ready office suites. Tenants and visitors can enjoy a modern on-site café and newly constructed state-of-the-art tenant amenity center that includes a conference facility and fitness center.

Boca Raton, FL

This 241,000 square foot Class-A office park in Boca Raton recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation including exterior upgrades, modernized lobbies, restrooms and corridors.

Atlanta, GA

Class A office space in a prime North Fulton/Atlanta location offers modern amenities including new tenant lounges, conference facilities and corridors as well as move-in ready flexible term suites.
