JD Payne serves as Chief Engineer for Bridge Commercial Real Estate at Embassy Row, a 667,000 sf Class A commercial office park in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Payne entered the commercial real estate industry in 1991 as an electrician at The Terraces for Taylor and Mathis. In 1994 Mr. Payne became an engineer at Central Park where he later became a Senior Engineer. JD then moved on to more Chief Engineer roles in the Atlanta area.
Mr. Payne has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and has met the course requirements at Chattahoochee Technical College for Associate of Arts degrees in both HVAC Technology and Electrical Technology. Mr. Payne is also a certified universal refrigerant technician.
JD Payne is a long time resident of Atlanta, GA. JD and his wife have been married for 32 years and have a 24 year old son.

Todd Mohr serves as Chief Building Engineer for Bridge’s Tampa properties. Todd brings over 28 years experience in the facilities maintenance and construction fields.
Todd is well versed in all areas of maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and water treatment. In addition to building maintenance initiatives, Todd works with vendors while addressing the day to day task as related to all aspects of building tenant needs.
Todd is a lifelong resident of Tampa, having worked in a numerous Class A properties from Tampa to St. Petersburg.
Derek Allen servers as Lead Building Engineer for Bridges Suburban Atlanta properties. Derek brings over 22 years of experience in the engineering field to the Bridge Team.
Derek is responsible for overseeing building operations and tenant request. Mr. Allen is a certified and highly trained engineer in the fields of basic electrical infrastructure, HVAC, and plumbing. Mr. Allen is also certified in Environmental Protection. Prior to joining Bridge Commercial Real Estate LLC, Derek served as Lead Engineer for CBRE and Accesso Services.
Xavier Akridge serves as a building engineer for Bridge Commercial Real Estate’s Atlanta properties. Xavier provides daily maintenance for all plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components. Xavier works directly with tenants maintaining work order requests and interacting with vendors to make sure services are done in a timely and satisfactory fashion. Mr. Akridge brings over 17 years of experience in building maintenance field to the Bridge team.

Assistant Property Manager
Sarah serves as the Assistant Property Manager for Bridge’s Bayview Corporate office, a 412,520 square foot Class A building located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Ms. Marchitto works closely with Senior Property Management assisting in the preparations of monthly financial reports, annual operating expense budgets, accounts payable, contract management, and plays a key role in tenant and vendor relations.
For 11 years Sarah worked as a Residential Property Manager, transitioning on to the commercial side of property management in 2012. Sarah is from Lake Whitney, Texas. Sarah now resides in Fort Lauderdale with her husband three little puppies (Harley, Gator, and Bella).
Senior Managing Director of Operations & Partner
Mr. Ferris is Senior Managing Director of Operations and a Partner at Bridge Commercial Real Estate and has over 22 years of experience working in the commercial office real estate sector. Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Ferris worked for 22 years at Hines, one of the largest global real estate investment, development and management firms in the world with over $90 billion of assets under management. Mr. Ferris was most recently a Managing Director and Development / Investment Officer for Hines in its Southeast region, with primary responsibilities in asset management, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Ferris was directly responsible for commercial development projects in varying stages in Atlanta totaling over 2.2 million square feet of office space, 600 hotel rooms, and 75 thousand square feet of retail space. Mr. Ferris has been responsible for the operational and asset management of over 6.6 million square feet of class A and B commercial office assets valued at over $1.5B located in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. During his 22 year tenure with Hines, Mr. Ferris has worked in Denver, CO, Louisville, KY, Oklahoma City, OK, Cleveland, OH, Charlotte and Durham, NC, Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA, serving on and leading the asset / property management, construction management and leasing teams of over 20 different assets representing more than 12.1 million square feet with annual revenues in excess of $300 million. In addition, Mr. Ferris has worked on the acquisition / disposition of over 3 million square feet of office assets totaling over $600 million in asset value. Mr. Ferris has leased on behalf of landlords over 3.5 million square feet in tenant engagements and executed over $120 million in capital investments, with a proven track record of success in the repositioning and stabilization of assets while meeting or exceeding investor financial goals.
Mr. Ferris has proven independent leadership and strategic thinking skills in commercial office development, asset management, leasing, construction management and operational management with market familiarity in multiple sub-markets across the Southeastern region of the US. He has had extensive line operating experience with proven performance records across office product class types and varying market conditions and dynamics.
Mr. Ferris has been actively involved within various industry organizations to include NAIOP, CoreNet, and BOMA, and held steering or leadership roles in The Woodruff Center for the Arts – Real Estate Committee, Midtown Alliance, and Charlotte Center City Partners Development Committee. Mark recently completed the Leadership Sandy Springs – Class 2016 program. Further, he has been recognized among industry peers and firms with awards such as “Top Producer – Office” for office lease transactions from Atlanta NAIOP in 2012, “Power Broker” from Cleveland CoStar for Office Leasing Transactions in 2006. He has also participated as a panelist for ULI, BOMA, BisNow and NAIOP in areas of asset management, operations, and commercial development. Mr. Ferris received his B.A. from St. Lawrence University.
Director of Property Management
Dale is the Director of Property Management – West US Region. She has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years with such notable companies as Dillingham Development, William Wilson & Associates, Cornerstone, Equity Office Properties, and joined Bridge Investment Group/Bridge Property Management in 2003.
She holds an active Broker and Property Management License in Utah and has been an active member of NAIOP and its Utah Chapter since 1985. In addition she has taken an active role nationally as part of the Executive Committee, National Board of Directors and Past Chair of the Business Development Committee.
Her diverse background and experience ranges from Asset Management, Leasing, Property Management, 3rd Party Management, Marketing, Acquisition/Disposition and Construction Management. She has been successful in maximizing revenues and optimizing operating efficiencies and expense reductions providing a competitive edge over competing buildings by generating value add strategies and innovative solutions to solve problems.
With just over 4.3 million square feet under ownership and management, the team at Bridge continues to focus on tenant retention, value add strategies and maximizing the properties NOI.

Chief Executive Officer and Principal
Mr. Shaw serves as Chief Executive Officer and is a Principal at Bridge Commercial Real Estate, LLC. In addition to leading the firms brokerage divisions, Mr. Shaw provides leasing demand analysis and ownership strategies for Bridge’s acquisition and investment sale initiatives. Mr. Shaw is an Atlanta native and a long time member of the Atlanta real estate community, where he has developed strong relationships with the Atlanta business and brokerage community. These relationships have allowed him to be consistently in front of leasing and investment opportunities in the market. Jeff also concentrates on positive tenant relationships, as he believes by offering superior service and frequent communication on tenant needs, a partnership is created leading to long term loyalty and high tenant retention.
Mr. Shaw offers over 23 years of commercial brokerage and leasing experience in the southeastern United States. His former positions include co-founder and owner of Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate where he served as President for the last 8 years. Mr. Shaw was involved in over $500 million in acquisitions over the past few years, where he personally maintains ownership in many of the properties. Mr. Shaw currently and historically works closely with tenants, brokers, equity clients, and joint venture partners, while acting as the president of the company. While at Jackson Oats Shaw, Mr. Shaw had over 45 employees and was responsible for over 4.2 million sf of commercial office, industrial, medical, and retail property in Atlanta. Mr. Shaw has completed thousands of leases in his career and in addition to Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate, he has held executive positions with COMPASS Management & Leasing, Insignia/ESG, Cushman & Wakefield, and PC Associates, where he was responsible for leasing nearly 10 million square feet of many of Atlanta’s largest and most prestigious office buildings, while focusing on substantially increasing portfolio occupancy, equity returns and capitalized value. Mr. Shaw is an Atlanta native and attended The Lovett School in Atlanta and Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He is married to his wife Jennifer of 26 years and has two daughters. Mr. Shaw’s passions include Leadership Ministries, Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, his family, tennis, jogging, salt water fishing and sailing.
Vice President of Leasing
Mr. Caswell is the Vice President of Leasing at Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Caswell is an Atlanta native who is a highly accomplished commercial office broker that has been involved in leasing transactions totaling over $100 Million in gross volume and over one million square feet. Mr. Caswell is involved in the leasing and marketing of over one million square feet of class “A” multi-story office product in almost every Atlanta Sub-Market. Throughout the day, Mr. Caswell works closely with investors, business owners, asset managers, brokers and attorneys in an effort to lease the firm’s Atlanta portfolio.
Mr. Caswell has over seven years of commercial real estate experience leasing commercial projects in the Atlanta area. Jim’s relationships with the younger commercial brokerage community and his aggressive approach to leasing makes him the perfect fit for more challenging leasing projects. Previously, Mr. Caswell was the Leasing Director at PC Associates; an Atlanta based commercial real estate developer. Mr. Caswell was responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 1.3 million square feet of Class “A” multi-story office product. As the Leasing Director he represented joint-venture partners such as Northwestern Mutual, Met Life and American Realty Advisors. During his tenure at PC Associates, Mr. Caswell created tremendous value through his leasing efforts during the disposition process of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space, The transactions exceeded over $270 million dollars in gross value.
Jim attended the University of Mississippi and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Psychology with a minor in General Business. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Young Council of Realtors (YCR), National Association of Office & Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and The Shepherd Center’s “Shepherd’s Cup” Committee. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, fishing, and volunteer activities.
Director of Accounting
As the Director of Accounting for Bridge Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Spires and her team manages the daily operations of the firm’s accounting, IT and human resource departments. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls ensuring the company assets are adequately safeguarded as well as enforcing compliance with all state and federal guidelines. Ms. Spires works with the firm’s partners, clients, and banking contacts to guarantee all accounting is done in a responsible, efficient, timely manner and funding requirements and needs are coordinated seamlessly. Her responsibilities further include financial reporting, recruiting and staffing logistics; organizational development; performance management; employee orientation, development and training; compensation and benefit administration; and systems maintenance procedures.
Ms. Spires has over twelve years commercial real estate experience, most recently with Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate where she served as Director of Accounting for the firm’s 43 properties and functioned as the firm’s Human Resources and IT Department supervisor. Ms. Spires holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from G.J. College and is a member of the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW) as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Ms. Spires has worked with such notable groups as Insignia ESG, CBRE, and Turner Broadcasting.
Chief Investment Officer and Principal
Mr. Ward serves as Chief Investment Officer and is a Principal at Bridge Commercial Real Estate, LLC. In addition to leading the investment and disposition initiatives for Bridge, Mr. Ward’s extensive commercial real estate and development experience gives him a unique perspective in navigating opportunities in the current real estate market. During his career, he has been involved in over $1.1 billion in commercial acquisitions, has asset managed over 13.6 million square feet, has had development oversight for 2.4 million square feet, and has financed $550 million originated out of $1.1 billion in financing and/or refinancing.
Mr. Ward’s deep experience allows him to provide detailed asset management reporting and portfolio strategies tailored to individual partner needs and objectives, using his extensive knowledge to achieve exceptional results. These are delivered in a concise, informative way, allowing partner to be actively involved and fully informed of asset strategy and performance throughout the life of a property or portfolio.
Prior to joining Bridge, John Ward held the role of Chief Financial Officer with Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate where he assisted in the firms many refinance and recapitalization efforts, including the recapitalization of the firm’s 36 story Class A office building in downtown Atlanta, Centennial Tower. Mr. Ward worked directly with the firm’s CEO, President, and COO to fine tune and streamline communication with investors and provide valuable reporting and strategy.
Mr. Ward has also served as Vice President at Banyan Street Partners where he was responsible for evaluating new potential acquisitions with an additional focus on asset management and financial initiatives of 2.2 million square feet of properties. Mr. Ward has also held positions as Regional Vice President of America’s Capital Partners where he led $630 million in direct acquisitions, $1 billion in acquisitions/recapitalizations $500 million in direct financing, and $850 million in total financing/refinancing, including 5.1 million square feet of asset management and 1.2 million square feet of redevelopment.
Mr. Ward worked for Cousins Properties where he asset managed 3.1 million square feet of office in 4 states, assisted in development oversight of 1.2 million square feet of office space, and led entitlement efforts on 2.1 million square feet of office space and 1600 condominium units.
Mr. Ward received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University where he was a National Merit Scholar. Mr. Ward also has his Series 7, 63 licenses.
Director – Office Property Management
Brian Bowron is Director of Office Property Management for Bridge’s diversified portfolio. He has direct oversight of all aspects of property management including staff oversight, building and common space maintenance, engineering, interior tenant construction, asset building capital projects, and tenant relations. His proven tenant retention profile illustrates Brian’s focus on customer relationships and dedication to the highest level of service. Brian works to minimize expenses and maximize returns for the firm through budgeting, financial analysis, lease administration as well as target retention efforts that both benefit the investor partners as well as serve the needs of the tenants.
Brian has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He is a recognized leader in the real estate field with highly developed leadership skills. He has managed large, world class mixed-use office products including Atlanta’s trophy properties Concourse and Northpark and is a multiple TOBY award winner for outstanding property management. He has a proven team approach for success and motivates through positive reinforcement for excellence of the property management department.
Most recently, Brian served as Vice President/General Manager at Carter Associates overseeing a 15 million square foot office and industrial portfolio. He has held similar leadership roles at IDI, CBRE, and Trammell Crow Company managing property management departments responsible for the fiscal, operational, and overall management success of the department. His portfolio at Trammell Crow Company consisted of office, industrial, and retail properties in excess of 18 million square feet. At IDI he was responsible for nearly 20 million square feet of industrial product in Georgia and Pennsylvania.
Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan. He holds the RPA designation from the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) of which he is a past Georgia BOMA president and a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Vice President Property Management
Darrlyn Ladson, VP Property Management Group, Property Manager
Ms. Ladson is currently Vice President of the Property Management Group for Bridge and oversees the daily operations of eight (8) of Bridge’s Suburban properties including Parkway Center. She has over 15 years of real estate experience which she utilizes in managing her portfolio which consists of a variety of building types such as Class A, Office/Flex Warehouse and Retail Shopping Centers totaling 834,143 square feet. Her responsibilities include managing all aspects of property management including but not limited to: annual budgeting, monthly financial reporting and analysis, securing and evaluating the performance of vendor service contracts, auditing operating expenses, compilation of annual OPEX/CAM reconciliations, tenant improvements, building improvements and construction management. Ms. Ladson is highly focused on personal tenant relationships and communications. She works very closely with her APMs and engineering teams assigned to her properties to assure that each building is operating successfully.
During her career, Ms. Ladson has worked for several major real estate firms such as Wells Real Estate and Carter & Associates. She has also work for national and international corporations such as McDonald’s where she was an Administrative Manager for the Southeast Regional Office which provided support for over 400 restaurants.
Ms. Ladson holds a Bachelors Degree in Administration from Valdosta State University. She is an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and served as Logistics Chairman for the 2007 BOMA Trade Show. She is currently working towards receiving her RPA designation.
Michelle Hudgins has come on board to assume the senior role of Corporate Controller for Bridge Commercial Real Estate out of the Atlanta office. Michelle manages the daily operations of the corporate accounting department for Bridge which will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and budgeting and tax compliance. Additionally, her responsibilities encompass financial reporting and implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls ensuring the company assets are safeguarded and in compliance with accounting and regulatory guidelines.
With over 15 years of experience in accounting, Michelle holds a CPA license in the state of Georgia and spent many years in public accounting. Prior to joining Bridge, Michelle spent several years as a Fund Controller for Morgan Stanley/State Street where she oversaw fund and investor reporting for 2 international real estate funds.
Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at Mercer University in Macon. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son, attends Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and takes any opportunity to be active outdoors.
Senior Managing Director of Construction Services
Julian Boardman serves as Senior Managing Director of Construction Services for Bridge Commercial Real Estate. In this role Julian provides construction management for tenant improvement projects focusing on budgets, meeting deadlines, and tenant communication to ensure successful outcomes for every project. His combination of design and construction background gives him a unique ability to review tenant plans for overall cost, design flow, tenant allowance application and efficient use of space benefiting both the landlord and the tenant. Julian’s depth of experience also allows him to assist Bridge Commercial Real Estates various leasing teams in the execution of leases by aiding in defining a scope of work that meets the financial goals of both the owner and prospective tenant.
Julian began his career in general commercial contracting. In his time as a construction manager he has performed various duties such as inspections, quality control, and management of projects ranging from $5 to $50 Million. Prior to joining Bridge Commercial Real Estate, Julian was responsible for overseeing the construction management department of Insignia ESG (CBRE) which consisted of $20 million of annual tenant improvement work across 16 Million square feet of office space.
Mr. Boardman has resided in Atlanta for more than 20 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University with a minor in project management. He recently earned the Design of Excellence Award from the mayor of Atlanta for his work on a project for the Atlanta Development Authority.
Alex Malsky has joined Bridge as Construction Administrator in Bridge’s Florida office. Alex will support the construction management team in a multitude of initiatives including project tracking, scheduling and cost analysis.
Alex brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience as an operation / support executive to the Bridge Team. Having spent the previous 19 years of his career in the airport retail industry where he oversaw the construction phase of stores within airports from coast to coast. Previously, Alex spent a number of years in department stores and big-box retail operations.
Alex, a Jacksonville native, holds a business degree in transportation and logistics from the University of North Florida. Alex enjoys serving the community, most recently with Feeding the Homeless Project, Inc. in Atlanta and serving within his church. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Interfaith Airport Chapel at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Mr. Jackson serves as Building Engineer for a multiple properties within the Bridge Commercial Real Estate LLC portfolio. He provides day-to-day management and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems for the properties. He interfaces with tenants to resolve any maintenance related requests and coordinates with tenants to reduce the impact of any building maintenance repairs.
Mr. Jackson holds Siemen’s Trane and Georgia Power Energy Solution certification and is certified on Type I and Type III HVAC systems.
With more than 35 years of property management experience, Florence serves as General Manager of Embassy Row, Bridges 551,515 sf portfolio located in Atlanta, Georgia. Before joining Bridge she acted as General Manager for Winthrop Management, CarrAmerica Realty, and Parthenon Realty within their Atlanta office portfolio. She has also spent years in the Dallas, Memphis and Tampa markets throughout her career as a Senior Property Manager with a large portfolio of office properties while working with Trammell Crow Company and Weston Companies. Her expertise in tenant relations, tenant construction and overseeing base building construction make her a valuable asset to the Bridge team.
Florence has been an active BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) member and served as 1994 President-Elect for the BOMA Greater Tampa Bay and 2008 President for the BOMA Georgia organization while also serving on committees on the Regional and International BOMA levels. Florence was awarded the Atlanta association’s “Manager of the Year” award in 2006 and the “Huey Award” (a lifetime achievement award) in 2011. She is also active in other industry associations such as CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and ACBR (Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors).
Florence holds the distinguished industry designations of RPA and CPM. She also has a Georgia Real Estate License and a Florida Real Estate License.
Mr. Stewart Thrash is a Leasing Associate at Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Thrash is involved in the leasing and marketing of over one million square feet of class “A” multi-story office product in almost every Atlanta Sub-Market. Throughout the day, Mr. Thrash works closely with investors, business owners, asset managers, brokers and attorneys to help facilitate the leasing efforts for the firm’s Atlanta portfolio.
Mr. Thrash is an Atlanta native and a graduate of George Walton Comprehensive High School. Stewart attended Birmingham-Southern College and graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree, majoring in Business Administration.

Senior Building Engineer
Mr. Stephen Flores serves as the Senior Building Engineer for BridgeCRE’s assets in Jacksonville, Florida. With over 17 years of commercial real estate operations experience, Mr. Flores delivers quality management and oversight of all aspects of building system operations and maintenance for this three-building, multi-tenant Jacksonville portfolio. He works in symphony with the property managers to minimize expenses and maximize profitability by competitively bidding service contracts and completing proactive quality checks on all building systems.
Mr. Flores has successfully developed extraordinary rapport with this asset’s vendors, contractor and tenants. These important relationships assist in his ability to negotiate contracts, as well as increase tenant satisfaction.

Property Manager | Westshore 500 & Sabal VI – Tampa, Florida
Melissa Cronk is a Property Manager with Bridge’s Florida team. Located in Tampa, Melissa oversees 2 properties totaling 227,000 square feet. With over 12 years property management experience, Ms. Cronk uses her extensive experience working for such organizations as Crescent Resources, Jeffery Management, and Jones Lang LaSalle to assist ownership and tenants in cultivating a successful relationship.
Ms. Cronk works daily with tenants on their individual needs, coordinates tenant build outs, and meets with vendors to ensure top level service. Additionally, Melissa works with ownership on monthly reporting, accounting, and lease review. Having worked at all levels of property management during her tenure, Melissa is able to proactively and positively impact tenant satisfaction and ownership expectations.
Melissa has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson since 2001, was a member of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Council and is a current member of BOMA Tampa Bay. She enjoys the beautiful Florida beaches, fishing, riding her motorcycle, volunteering and spending time with her pups/felines, family & friends.
Born in Saint Petersburg, Florida, Ms. Cronk studied Psychology and Travel and Tourism Planning at the University of Florida in Gainesville and graduated from the University of South Florida in May 2003 with a B.S. in Communications.
Assistant Property Manager
Mr. Brady serves as Assistant Property Manager for all of the firm’s properties, with supportive oversight for operations, building systems, equipment and maintenance logistics. His responsibilities include creating and monitoring annual budgets to maximize income and control building expenses. Mr. Brady works closely with the firm’s Senior Vice President of Property Management assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports and annual operating expense budgets. Mr. Brady plays an integral role in coordinating new tenant suite construction and managing the relocation process for incoming tenants.
Mr. Brady holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate from Georgia State University
Pamela Brown serves as Property Manager for Embassy Row, a 551,515, Class B Office Park in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Pam is responsible for the day to day administrative aspects of Embassy Row’s property management including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract management and lease administration. Ms. Brown also assists property management with responding to tenant needs, coordinating engineers within the buildings and hosting events.
Prior to joining Bridge Commercial Real Estate LLC, Pam was Property Manager for Winthrop Management and Assistant Property Manager for Parthenon Realty, both in the Atlanta Area.
Senior Building Engineer
Derek Brooks serves as Senior Building Engineer for Fairview Center One and Two in Charlotte, North Carolina. He brings over 20 years of experience in engineering commercial office buildings to the Bridge team. Fairview Center One is a 7 story office building built in 1984. Fairview Center Two is a 4 story office building built in 1968. Both buildings are located in the South Park area of Charlotte North Carolina.
Mr. Brooks is responsible for overseeing building operations, control systems and tenant requests. Mr. Brooks has developed great relationships with Fairview Center’s vendors, contractors and tenants resulting in effective building management and tenant relations.
Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Brooks, worked for JLL and CBRE as Chief Engineer where he maintained multiple office buildings and data centers. Mr. Brooks is a 10-year active duty veteran of the US Air Force and is involved with the Disabled American Veterans organization and a Supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project.
Brandis Johnson serves as Tenant Services Coordinator at Bridge’s corporate office in Atlanta. This important role has her as BridgeCRE’s front door ambassador to our tenants and clients. Brandis handles the complicated logistics of handling tenants needs, processing work orders, as well as assisting with accounting, office management, and property management.
Brandis attended Georgia State University and has interned at Walt Disney World focusing on guest relations and as a direct sales and marketing representative at Comcast.
Moises Rodriguez serves as building engineer for BridgeCRE’s Fifth Third Center in Tampa, Florida. Along with day to day building daily, he is responsible for maintaining numerous maintenance requests and works directly with tenants specific needs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire control, and life and safety equipment.
Mr. Rodriguez is a native from Cuba and has worked his way up in the facilities management field starting in the industry in 2004. Mr. Rodriguez is an EPA certified Universal Technician and is certified in the safe handling of R-410A.
Mr. Polames serves as a Building Engineer for BridgeCRE’s Westshore asset in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Polames directly deals with day to day issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and life safety equipment. He is responsible for maintaining numerous maintenance requests and works directly with tenant specific requests.
Mr. Polames began his career as a building engineer in the early 1990’s and has been an EPA certified Universal Technician since October, 2010. He was awarded recognition as a key player with B.O.M.A for Building of the year.
Mr. Larry A. Boyd serves as Building Engineer for BridgeCRE’s Sabal VI asset in Tampa, Florida. He provides daily monitoring of the property’s mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life safety systems. He interacts with tenants and property managers to insure the best overall building maintenance.
Prior to Sabal VI, Mr. Larry A. Boyd served as the Building Engineer for another Bridge asset, Fifth Third Center, a 281,187 square foot, high-rise office building in Tampa, Florida for over 14 years. With greater than 35 years in facilities experience he is an EPA certified Universal Technician and is trained in water and waste management.
