    Kevin Lott

    About Kevin Lott

    Kevin Lott is Managing Director of National Leasing at Bridge Commercial Real Estate. In addition to leading the firms internal and third-party brokerage teams, Kevin provides leasing demand analysis and ownership strategies for Bridge’s acquisition initiatives.  He has extensive experience helping owners enhance the value of their assets through strategic marketing to increase prospect velocity and successful negotiation of favorable deal terms. His experience includes all facets of landlord representation, from the conception and implementation of rebranding and marketing ideas to the budgeting process through to lease analysis, negotiation, and execution.

    Prior to joining Bridge in 2018, Lott was responsible for the marketing and leasing of both CBD and suburban office portfolio in Atlanta at JLL with a focus on rebranding assets and large block leasing.  Clients while at JLL include MetLife, Columbia Property Trust, Drawbridge Realty, Barings, Portman Holdings, Zeller Realty Group, M&J Wilkow, John Hancock, Wayzata Investment Partners, Alaska Permanent Fund, AEW, Highbrook Investment Management, DRA Advisors, and GE.

    Previously, Mr. Lott worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a tenant representative for three years which enriched his ability to determine the needs and motivations of tenants and their representative brokers. Over his 21 year commercial real estate career, He received numerous awards from notable real estate industry organizations such as NAIOP and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS including recognition as a “Lifetime Member” of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and recurrent “Top 10 producer.”

    Mr. Lott is a cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, an alumni of UNSW Study Abroad in Sydney, Australia, and a certified Birkman Consultant.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Nicki, daughter and son, and their three dogs.  In addition to his family time, Mr. Lott’s passions include mentoring next generation leaders, traveling, surfing, fly fishing, and basketball.

    JIM CASWELL

    Vice President of Leasing

    About JIM CASWELL

    Mr. Caswell is the Vice President of Leasing at Bridge Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Caswell is an Atlanta native who is a highly accomplished commercial office broker that has been involved in leasing transactions totaling over $100 Million in gross volume and over one million square feet. Mr. Caswell is involved in the leasing and marketing of over one million square feet of class “A” multi-story office product in almost every Atlanta Sub-Market. Throughout the day, Mr. Caswell works closely with investors, business owners, asset managers, brokers and attorneys in an effort to lease the firm’s Atlanta portfolio.

    Mr. Caswell has over seven years of commercial real estate experience leasing commercial projects in the Atlanta area. Jim’s relationships with the younger commercial brokerage community and his aggressive approach to leasing makes him the perfect fit for more challenging leasing projects. Previously, Mr. Caswell was the Leasing Director at PC Associates; an Atlanta based commercial real estate developer. Mr. Caswell was responsible for the leasing and marketing of over 1.3 million square feet of Class “A” multi-story office product. As the Leasing Director he represented joint-venture partners such as Northwestern Mutual, Met Life and American Realty Advisors. During his tenure at PC Associates, Mr. Caswell created tremendous value through his leasing efforts during the disposition process of over 1.4 million square feet of commercial office space, The transactions exceeded over $270 million dollars in gross value.

    Jim attended the University of Mississippi and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Arts, majoring in Psychology with a minor in General Business. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Young Council of Realtors (YCR), National Association of Office & Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and The Shepherd Center’s “Shepherd’s Cup” Committee. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, fishing, and volunteer activities.
