Krystal likely to land at 1455 Lincoln Parkway

The new headquarters for Krystal Co. is close to landing at the 1455 Lincoln Parkway in Atlanta’s Perimeter office market. Krystal announced in October that it was relocating its corporate offices from Chattanooga to a new headquarters, where it could position itself for rapid expansion.

Krystal Finds New HQ?

Jeff Shaw may become Atlanta’s new burger king. That is if a major fast-food chain signs its HQ to his Central Perimeter building. Sources tell us that Jeff’s new company Bridge Commercial Real Estate is in talks with Krystal to lease nearly 30k SF at 1455 Lincoln Pkwy, a 182k SF building in Central Perimeter.

Commercial real estate veterans form new venture with eye on Southeast

Three Atlanta commercial real estate veterans are forming a new investment and services firm. Jeff Shaw, Kevin Oats and John Ward announced on Monday they have launched Bridge Commercial Real Estate, an Atlanta-based company that will buy and manage properties and provide leasing services.

The band has broken up. Jackson Oats Shaw as we knew it is no more. Veteran CRE players Kevin Oats, former CFO John Ward and Jeff Shaw have split from Scott Jackson and formed Bridge Commercial Real Estate (although they still have ownership interest in some of JOS’ portfolio). Officials with the new firm would only say they established a different business philosophy and decided to go their separate ways. The new firm already has a kitty of funds to buy core-plus and value-add office and industrial properties in Atlanta between $5M and $100M.

Fairlead Company Launch

Three Atlanta commercial real estate veterans with nearly 60 years of combined industry experience have launched Bridge Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment and services firm based in Atlanta. Jeff Shaw, Kevin Oats and John Ward, who together have been involved with more than $1.5 billion of commercial real estate acquisitions and managed 15 million square feet of space, are the principals of the new firm. Bridge will acquire properties and provide asset management services, property management and leasing services within its existing portfolio of buildings as well as to third-party investors.

Shaw ventures out with new real estate firm

The commercial real estate’s Jekyll and Hyde act this year hasn’t spooked market veteran Jeff Shaw. The former president of Atlanta real estate investment firm Jackson Oats Shaw Corporate Real Estate LLC is leading the launch of a new company, Bridge Commercial Real Estate LLC.
